I'm Ricardo Paredes
I train and teach Muay Thai in Mexico City. I coach at KIN Muay Thai in Roma Norte and give private classes at the gym and at home. Every class is built around your goal: learn from zero, lose weight, self-defense, technique or getting ready for your first fight.
Each 1-hour session: warm-up, technique, pad work with me and conditioning.
